Directions：

For skin and body: Warm oils in your palm or gently roll on desired  skin area. Mix it with your favorite body lotions for extra boost of hydration.

For meditation: Apply 1-2 drops onto neck, nose tip or lymph area. During meditation, palms are held close to the nose to enable the product’s aroma therapeutic quality.

For post-shower treatment: Roll oils in your palm and gently work it onto damp skin for most effective results.
